Not gonna lie I was kinda scared to go here cause of all the bad reviews but their service was great so here I am writing a review 4 days after my procedure. I called and asked if they accepted walk ins and they were very nice, got my consultation that same day. On the day of the actual procedure they make you feel as comfortable as possible and I did not feel lonely at all. Planned on being there 4-6 hours and was there for only 4 hours. Also the price is very affordable. And the clinic is very secluded which is great for privacy. They also give you antibiotics and naproxen for a couple of days. Also for the women that wonder if it hurts cause I know I wondered and saw no reviews on that, it doesn’t. (I was only 5 weeks)

Waste of giving rating. Waiting period is like hell. They will speak sweetly to grab the money. Waiting rooms are like saloon areas. no proper seating for patients , infrastructure is not clean, system is worst . I went to other clinic immediately they did It nice way .
I have no complaints when it comes to the nurses. They were all very nice and informative. The nurse that was in recovery made me feel comfortable and even made me laugh after having a hard time being lightheaded after the procedure. Doctor Karpen seemed very impatient with me as I would tense up and instead of trying to tell me ways to calm down and relax, he threatened to just send me to Houston. Then at the end of the procedure I got very lightheaded most likely due to not eating all day, waiting for hours after my schedule appt at 11am and then having been sedated. I was already feeling weak beforehand. He assumed it’s because I’m an asthmatic and said he’s not helping asthmatics anymore to the nurses while they were all struggle to get me in the wheelchair because I was about to pass out. He was rough about picking me up and I was already weak and out of it a little. But I was breathing just fine which makes me believe it had nothing to do with that. When we got to the recovery room, he lift me up very quickly and kinda hard like he didn’t care for my comfort and I just let him know he was hurting me. I also felt a cold towel they put around my neck was on a little too tight so I mentioned feeling choked by it. He got all in my face and telling me to stop being sassy and walked off and never came back to check on me. Just tried to get me out of there. I Just wish I had a doctor with more patience’s and consideration because it just made me more uncomfortable and tense. At some points I couldn’t tell I was tensing up and the nurse was the only one being nice about it trying to help me and he just kept getting mad. I can understand to an extent it being frustrating , but understand this is the first time doing this unfortunately, so my nerves were wrecked. Not too good of an experience as you can see.
The absolute worst humans answer the phones. Rude, awful, hateful individuals that have zero compassion for the people on the other end of the phone who are just trying to get information during an awful time in their life. God help these unbelievably rude women who feel the need to be as nasty as possible. Once you get past these vile women, the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful...
Giving that this is a hard situation to call in for certain procedures, the people answering the phones absolutely made me not even schedule. They sound like they really hate it there themselves do not recommend
